"The Crop Shuttle's customization helps you find a solution for your operation!"
Our new I-beam frame construction isn’t only stronger, it allows for more room. In 2017, our Crop Shuttles increased the hopper-to-boom transition by almost 6”, allowing us to put more product on the boom, boosting efficiency and reducing spillage. We offer 2 different size frames and 4 different track options making sure we meet your needs and your budget!
New for 2017 is a corded pendant. This allows you to access all of the Crop Shuttle functions without having to flip through multiple screens. The specialized hydraulic system we created allows us to add multiple attachments with ease. Most of our carts run as few as 3 hydraulic remotes and you will never need a PTO, keeping your tractor options open!
Our Hoppers come in 2 different sizes:
1700 cubic feet (1950 cubic ft with tip tops)
2200 cubic feet (2500 cubic ft with tip tops)
Sugar Beets (tip tops)
- 37 cubic ft/ton x 1950 cubic ft = 72,150lbs or 36.075 tons
- 37 cubic ft/ton x 2500 cubic ft = 92,500lbs or 46.250 tons
Potatoes (no tip tops)
- 42 cubic ft/ton x 1700 cubic ft = 71,400lbs or 714 bags
- 42 cubic ft/ton x 2200 cubic ft = 92,400lbs or 924 bags
Our boom is customizable to meet almost any crop needs. Whether you are planting potatoes, harvesting pickles, or hauling manure, we have belting, roller, and side tin solutions that will fit your needs. New for 2017, we have implemented a 4 degree angle from the hopper pulling product away instead of across, greatly reducing chipping and spillage.
We offer an extended boom that is perfect for making clamp piles, reaching the infamous heights of the Michigan End Dump semis, or to gain extra distance away from the equipment you are loading. It also has the added benefit of an 18” slide extension that helps you line up and center your pile perfectly. This boom is most common because it also folds in tight to the sidewall allowing you to load it from either side!
Self-Cleaning Drag Bed
Our self-cleaning drag bed is key when the conditions are less than ideal. In combination with our slightly sloped walls the Crop Shuttle is self-cleaning making mud scraping minimal!
Rubber Belted Floor
For crops such as pickles and potatoes we offer a rubber belted floor and seal kit to cover up any exposed chains.
Our new distribution rollers help distribute product across the boom allowing you to fill it more evenly. This will allow the boom to clean out as much dirt and debris as possible.
Hopper Side Door
A hydraulic side door is available for crops that require you to stack them with minimal drop.
